Our warehouse team will always do their best to get your order out the door the same business day for orders placed before 2:00pm AEST. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the following day. On weekends, public holidays, or during busy sale periods this may take a little longer.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of Australia Post. We’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong or if you need help, but delivery timeframes are ultimately determined by a third party and are outside of our control.

At FORMER, we accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Need a different size or changed your mind? Simply head to our Returns Portal to start your return or exchange. Eligible items can be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers who elect CHECKOUT+ receive free returns and exchanges. If you did not select this option, you’ll still be able to return your item, however the cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility.

All sale and discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully during sale periods.
